SirPrimalform: Got a reply to my DRM question:
"Project Fedora" will be DRM-free in that once you purchase the game you will have the ability to download it to any supported device (PC or Mac).
SirPrimalform: It's an oddly fuzzy answer for a pretty simple yes or no question. For the record, my original question was:
Will the copy of the game backers get be DRM free (à la GOG.com)?
SirPrimalform: It kind of seems like they're trying to talk around something. Being able to download both PC and Mac versions has nothing to do with whether the game is DRM-free or not, so either they misunderstood my question or were trying to change the subject...
I've replied asking for clarification.
It clearly won't be DRM-free, or at least, not in the way you hope for.
Will probably require a certain mesure to download. Be it on any platform, and may even be limited numbers of download per account.
They're just avoiding the question to raise the necessary amount of funds before the time limit.
Providing they Do know what they're talking about, of course.
