I'm a big fan of these games, I know there's probably no chance of anyone ever seeing any of these games on this service (as they were all console games) but if any of you know of a PC clone of these games that is very solid (not like a beta or still in production) I'd be very pleased to see it.
I doubt there are many of you who know of some that's solid, because I mostly spend my time lurking on the tetris attack .net forums to watch some of the better projects but who knows?
Tetris Attack on the SNES is pretty awesome. Probably one of my favorite puzzle games.
Yes, it's one of my favorites as well,
Especially Planet Puzzle League DS, because it has NETPLAY.
EDIT:
here's my friend code

and my aim is weclock

Hope you don't mind me asking, but why are there apparently three different Weclocks on this thread?
Aynway, I bet you already know Crack attack, which seems to work well enough fo me.
It's Weclock and his offsprings. He multiuplies, you see, just come and see on IRC

It's just that the images or Rep don't change from when he made the initial posts.

If I edited them, the picture would change.
Ah thanx. I ownly tried CrackAttack very briefly, but it worked stable enough and had a few nice animations. Of course, I don't know how things will continue lateron in the game (special blocks and so on).
Weclock, if you could write a detailed ruleset, I could write a version in a quiet hour. The game itself is pretty simple code-wise, so...
What I'd need is something like this:
grid size
speed (seconds per line) for the various levels, best as a formular
basic block types and number or different blocks per level
score limits per level
score calculation rules
special blocks
and whatever else you can think of.
