Sword-wielding gamers, shirt-ripping retailers, cake-eating customers, and ass-kicking Heads of Marketing--you will find that and much more in this series of short videos we have prepared for you guys to watch over the weekend. You can watch the first one below, but stay tuned because we will upload a new video at 12:00 PM EDT every day until Monday.

What are they for? What are they advertising? We won’t say--you know how we are--but you can look at our “Making of” album for the videos here, if you’d like to speculate wildly ;)

Find out what we’re up to when the “Newer, Fresher, Bigger” GOG.com lands Tuesday at 09:00 AM GMT. Hope you guys enjoy the videos!

Will the newer, fresher and bigger GOG have System Shock 2?
I would love to see some Sega tittles on GOG :)
I actually lol'd.
Thanks GOG!
I think it is a new update for GoG.com. I dont mean a new game, but a new visual :)
I think...
-bigger: more games (per week, maybe?)
-fresher: newer titles show up here (as has already been guessed)
-newer: new look

TheEnigmaticT: 2. You will see. The guy hiding his face shows up in the next video, posted tomorrow.
The guy's posture and clothing bear a strong resemblance to *someone* in the "making of" shots, someone "demonstrating management technique" ;).
EDIT: Well, it seems they aren't the same guy after all.

I think it means the arrival of new(ish) AAA titles without DRM. But i might be wrong. We'll see tuesday.
Oh my Gah.. Guys you are amazing! Really, do not ever stop what you're doing!
I am very excited to see improvements and changes on GOG. That's what I love - it keeps evolving into unknown, wild, DRM-free direction. And these are your two main weapons: unpredictability and passion. I am 100% with you: new games, old games, indie, soundtrack shop - whatever, just bring it on with your unique style! Good luck!
I love the side blow at Valves Steam platform. And if I look at the title of the third video, I bet there will come more references like this. :D
They will release Legend of Grimrock, I bet on it.

Yeah, but not on Tuesday - they may only announce it or take preorders.

And guys from Legend of Grimrock said in their latest blog entry they can reveal release day next week finally (and they couldn't do it before due to NDA).
Ha ha ha, thats the first time ive laughed hard off from an ad.
But this got me really curious.
Yeah games need no armour. Steam is not that worst. Tell that to Ubi. Everytime I see a ubi game in store it is a cursed mark and should be avoided like the plague because of its Dreaded DRM of Doom.

I felt sorry for the developers of Anno 2070. Its a great game to the point that I bought it despite its DRM. Paying customers shouldn't be punished and treated like pirates.

No DRM is the reason why I love GOG aside from the cool game line-ups

That's what I meant, it is too much coincidence, they will announce the game's release details the same week GOG will annouce the new stuff =) Just in time for Grimrock's April release.
The. best. commercial. ever.
As long as this site never degenerates into DRM CRAP, I'm on board. That's really my only wish. My most recent reinstallation of software, I was redirected to a company in India over 2 hours on the phone trying to prove who I said I was. It was maddening!

Judging from the commercial, it looks like nothing to worry about.
