Sword-wielding gamers, shirt-ripping retailers, cake-eating customers, and ass-kicking Heads of Marketing--you will find that and much more in this series of short videos we have prepared for you guys to watch over the weekend. You can watch the first one below, but stay tuned because we will upload a new video at 12:00 PM EDT every day until Monday.

What are they for? What are they advertising? We won’t say--you know how we are--but you can look at our “Making of” album for the videos here, if you’d like to speculate wildly ;)

Find out what we’re up to when the “Newer, Fresher, Bigger” GOG.com lands Tuesday at 09:00 AM GMT. Hope you guys enjoy the videos!

TheEnigmaticT: I'm just going to go ahead and let you know that doesn't mean anything. It would be cruel for you guys if I didn't tell you that.
Mk, good to know. I just spotted the symbols in between frames and wrote them on here. I wasn't sure if it was just some random characters or another language.

gibbeynator: If that was a shot at Valve... it doesn't make sense.
Sure it makes sense. Steam is DRM, and an ever increasingly draconian one, dressed up in fluff.

For that matter, it's one of the only DRM schemes out there that actively revokes access to your purchased product purely based on your current IP address.

dafuq.... why should I care about GOG commercials and treat them as "special feature" ?

and be ready for more. CDProjekt is known for it's "attack the competitors" commercials.

I hate to rain on your parade gog, but you really shouldn't put up the all the videos before the actual day you intend to show it. It's cool to know I watched the two next commercials before everybody else though, so thanks for that;)

Now I'm just waiting on monday.
Also, just out of curiosity for the GOG team: What kind of Laptop is it and how did you agree to trash it? that laptop took one hell of a beating

Who is the person who puts on the Armour?

Where was this shot? In a Cafe in Poland?

GOG.com: “Newer, Fresher, Bigger” GOG.com lands Tuesday at 09:00 AM GMT.
Newer? So no more Old?
Fresher? So no more Good Old?
Bigger? So no more Good Old Games?
Love it, cant wait for the next ones.

Surprised no one at all has actually noticed or yet mentioned the little red valve on the back of the knights helmet. Start a game by Valve on Steam and it has the head with the valve sticking out of the eye, you have that very same valve on the back of the knights helmet!
LMAO!

That was EPIC!

Roman5: What kind of Laptop is it and how did you agree to trash it?
Laptop was already dead before beating.
Looks like the batch of new (as in "recent") DRM free games is right around the corner.

yeah, I know, my question was: how did it get like that in the first place? was it a broken laptop donated by someone from the team or something? :)

They haven't been using the eye one for years now. These days it's a black man with a valve on the back of his head, just like the knight.
