Well, my computer crashed when I was watching a video on Giant Bomb. Don't know why, it just did. Restarted it, and all of a sudden, everything sounds really tinny. Have any idea what I can do to fix this?

Whoops, looks like my subwoofer was off! Sounds much better now that I cranked that up. Sorry.

So you reinstalled windows and the sound driver and all this time you'd accidently hit the power button on your subwoofer?

Well, my brother had screwed with my desk area a bit when he locked me out of my room, including taping over the laser sensor on my mouse, so I guess he had also messed with my subwoofer. Guess I really didn't notice until I had finished watching TRON in my media room, hearing the audio on my PC going "That does not sound right at all", and flipping out. If I think there's any problem at all, I am fully willing to wipe my disk completely clean and start anew. Recently, I've been doing it every two months.
