There's kinda a blurred line between the two. After all, if we were to simply measure the amount of gore, Bloodrayne would probably win (or a similarly ridiculous game). So I guess it's kinda matter of opinion.

Most violent game?

"Berra" a rather old swedish game for the Amiga.

It's cartoony and a friend gave it to me but I actually felt sick playing it, immediately formating the disk. It's not funny at all and some of the themes - even though presented in a comical fashion - are downright sick.


In my opinion, graphics do not contribute to a game's violence but the idea behind your actions and why you are rquired to do them, THAT's what makes a game violent to me.
