I already know I got Tekken 6 with the fight stick. I went in my parent's room because that was where the closest bathroom was at the time, and the open closet door beckoned to me. I'm not upset that I know at all because I kind of knew that they were going to get it, because I showed them the crazy sale Amazon was having on Cyber Monday. What do you know, websites DO have sales then, and it's not some stupid term the news made up (well, it still is that)!
The day off work. My second day off in over 3 months, Christmas eve being my first day off in over 3 months. Tomorrow though, it's back to working again =(.
Other than that, I got to see my girls open all their presents. And they're having a blast with them and that's enough for me. As for actual presents, I got a DVD I was after and a bunch of cash.
All in all, this Christmas is far better than last years -- at least I'm not working 18 hours straight this time =D

For Christmas I took my car for a spin and got a oil leak :(
.... arrgggg!!!
Anthrax.
I've been away from home, studying abroad in Asia for the past year. My parents sent me loving package a few weeks ago, but since it hadn't come by now I thought it was lost. I woke up to today to the sound of my friend at the door. She had a package for me. Definately one of the best Christmas moments in my life.
I opened it up, and there was some books and dvds from my Dad. My Mom also packed chocolates and a miniature christmas tree (with mini ornaments!). Then I noticed a bright yellow thing, wrapped in plastic. I opened it and there was an authentic adidas jersey for my favorite soccer team, the Columbus Crew. Not a replica, and authentic jersey. Maybe a lot of people here won't understand how much this means to me, but its definitely one of my most treasured possessions now.
Nothing, kids are getting all the gifts with the money we have this year.
I get to move!
to an apartment that isn't run down old pos.
I got a Romak 3 and a sawed off 12 gauge. I got the wife a kindle.

A t-shirt and socks. And a vacation in Vietnam, sitting at a resort in the south now (Mui Ne), so probably some more when we get back to the family's house up north, then probably still more once I get back to Sweden.
I do miss the snow though, apparently there's a lot of it back home, as well as the familiar cold.

Cryxo: I find it odd how some countries, it is their culture to open presents on Xmas eve...
Guess I'm just really British................. or something.

ovoon: Nah. opening on Christmas day is what most people do, in the UK and US. My family is cool because we like to open them up that night... and it's not that night yet. NOOO!

Hehe xD
Yeah, the French (I think...) like to open their presents on Xmas eve.
Although it's not a bad idea.
Your family is cool for just that reason xD
And it figures, I said something and got proven wrong :P
I got Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles and Metroid Prime Trilogy, both for Wii.
Although I have to ask my mom where she bought Metroid Prime Trilogy. The box had a ripped off label from Gamestop, the sleeve the game case comes in says NOT FOR RESALE on it, it wasn't sealed whatsoever, and the art book and manual were missing from the game. If she did get it from Gamestop, it's going to be a hassle getting a replacement, but if she just bought it at some flea market or something, I'm SOL.
I don't really care about the art book THAT much, but it would have been nice, and I like having manuals for reference.
My girlfriend gifted me with a big book, The Star Wars Vault, she knows how geek I am with Star Wars!
And in family, well, since some years now, we don't make any gift to each other, cause we just find it a little stupid to feel forced to spend our money just because an americanized "tradition" says so. That and the fact of being all together is already a special gift.
New and refurbished 500 GB external hard drive... It's going to take at least 15 hours to transfer the 250 GB of stuff I have on my old external hard drive...
