[POSSIBLE SPOILER]

Hmm, just clicked on the "On sale" tab about five minutes ago because it was showing 20 games as being on sale. When the list opened, it was a bunch of titles NOT on sale - many of the D&D ones, the Fallout games, and a few others. Now the list is back to normal. I wonder if I stumbled into the setup for next week's GOG birthday sale? :)

Given some of the recent database glitches here though, it could be simply that - a glitch.
Hmmm. Occam's Razor would indicate that the site simply showed you the list of all-time bestsellers, I think.
I also noticed a glitch today. I was checking to see if System Shock 2 passed any new games on the bestselling list and noticed that System Shock 2 was completely missing from the list. After a couple of reloads the glitch was gone.

Good point, it did seem like it might correspond with that as well.

That's just SHODAN working her way out of the virtual world into the real one. So far, the GOG team always managed to put her back. They had to promise to put her under constant surveillance, otherwise GOG wouldn't have been allowed to release the game again, and it would have stayed in a secret National Security Vault (camouflaged as Star Insurance).
