In case you haven't heard, world famous Jim Rossignol is making his new game:

It seems that 2012 will be full of awesome indie games. I hope they also get a kickstarter because I'd really like to sponsor this one :D

JIm is a new developer, his other works are more famous at the moment ;) He was a journalist in british edition of PC Gamer, works as a journalist for rock paper shotgun, one of the few realistic game reviewing sites and wrote a book "this gaming life: travels in three cities"

He is a journalist, not game maker. Most known for writing for RPS.

Edit: Ninjad, and the games does look nice. Surprisingly I heard about it first on RPS...

\o/ Yes! It was hard these last 9 months but now everything is ok :D

I'd really like to see this, love British humor and this idea is hillarious and looks like something out of a monthy python sketch :D

See, this is why I love indie developers, they take risks in the genre and try something different. i want this to be good :D

yes, tbh entire gaming has become stale and uninspiring hobby, I remember when I felt real excitement and spent weeks and months anticiipating and waitibg for some game, now they publish something with a big fanfare but it's just another generic shooter or recycling of some old and awesome IP which big publishers want to milk for more cash but which turns out to be boring, stupid and worthless (syndicate!).
This on the other hand brought a smile on my face right from the start and I really can't wait for it to appear :D
