There is a german band called Atari Teenage Riot, which will probably be the closest you will ever come to cyberpunk as a music genre. I don't know if they fit when it comes to a board game night, as there music is, well, unique.

I can highly recommend the track "Hetzjagd auf Nazis". Ah, now I'm in nostalgia mode...
