Love that game. Finished it three or four time and I probably will go back to it again at some point. For me it's the third best adventure game I have ever played - Broken Sword 1 and 2 take the higher positions :) Can't help it, I'm a sucker for Broken Sword games :D

Every time I see the title of this topic, I hear Sanitarium by Metallica in my head.
Please, please stop it!!!

Valdrath: After reading your post I suddenly realized the song was playing in my head aswell. Creepy!
I used to love this game but sadly I never finished it. Would love to see it on GoG.

it has not stopped. it still plays.
Sanitarium was excellent. I loved the sounds in that game. So delightfully freaky. :F
I kinda predicted the end. The final puzzle was very original though. :)
Yes, bring this game to GOG.com please.
Yes, if there is any possibility at all of snagging Sanitarium for the game catalogue, it would be excellent. It is a brilliant example of "games as art". Also, it is very much an adventure game purely for adults, which is a rarity.
Yep, I'd snap up Sanitarium too, if it were available on GOG or other digital platforms. Are the companies that made this game still around?

The last company to publish it, XS Games, still exists. You can even find it on their home page with a price tag of .99. I don't know why, because there is no "buy" option, so they're not actually selling the game, at least not online. But they are there, and apparently still have the rights for it, so GOG should get in touch with them about it.
