ne_zavarj: This game was made for teens just like SR3 . :(

Passing .
Right, back to the Sims 3.

spindown: Those are upgrades, not superpowers. The superpowers include stuff like shooting fireballs out of your hands, running 200 mph and jumping between skyscrapers. And it looks like they are a big part of SR4 because (part of) the game takes place in the Matrix.

Maighstir: I interpreted the question wrongly then, as I saw no such things in Saints Row The Third which the question seemed directed at.
Some of the superpower stuff was in SR3, but only in the Trouble with Clones (?) DLC.

It'll certainly be interesting to see how this goes down as I'm only interested in the ROW version since most of the friends I want to play this with are across the world.

What gets me though, in this age of DLCs, is that for some reason they can't get the ROW and AU versions to play together. Obviously the same won't happen to ROW users whose DLCs don't match. Someone who bought the commander in chief edition will be able to play with someone who got the regular edition, it's just that the person with the regular edition won't be able to access the weapon/costumes/vehicles that the CIC edition user has, same with not having access to various DLC missions that they'll doubtless release over the coming year yet still being able to play together.

It seems like Deep Silver/Volition are punishing it's customers for something some stupid ratings board did.
