Well, you have discouraged this newbie from posting again.

Why? Try taking the advice to heart instead. Trust me, lots, and I mean LOTS of people have started out in just the way you did, by posting a beg thread, rather than reading the forum rules / codes of conduct first. A breach of those (especially one that occurs as frequently as this one) is sure to bring a reaction. So now you're wiser. Take it as a learning experience. No need to run away.
