Good old fashioned paper and pencil roleplaying game of Stalker, in the spirit of the book, not computer game.

I think the FLOW -system is very good rule set as well.

I thought S.T.A.L.K.E.R. was very far removed from the book and film. Not that the book's bad, mind you.
