Suddenly, when someone quotes one of my posts in a thread, the thread no longer shows up in the upper "Favourite topics and received replies" section of the forum. It's not even marked with the reply icon, so I can't see when someone has quoted one of my posts, except by reading every thread. Is anyone else having this problem?

Does this count a reply. If it doesn't, its because I did it by Copy+pasting the format code rather then clicking the reply button.

I can't say that I've noticed it
Well, it appears to work again now. This thread showed up properly anyway.

I've only notice this happen when someone makes a post, then goes back and edits it, putting in your quote. Otherwise mine is working fine too.

That could be an explanation of sorts, but I found three recent posts with quotes of mine that weren't marked, so it would be quite a coincidence.

Okay what I'll do now is post a reply normally and then go back and edit the post to see if you get the notice.

I got the notice, so that's not it.
Still, I'm not experiencing the problem anymore, so you don't have to waste your time troubleshooting it.

I'm on holiday from uni (where I just got a distinction and 2 high distinctions, woo me!) which means the alternative is staring blankly at a wall hoping it will do something interesting

Well, you could always try these things called "computer games" to pass the time. I hear GOG sells a few. :)
Yeah I do but there's nothing much on GOG that I'm interested enough in at the moment and when I'm not in the mood for gaming its not much help

I could send you some faulty C# code to debug? :-D
You know, my walls are doing fascinating things today, might keep staring at them for the moment. I'll get back to you on the code debugging...
Covered here.

Nope, that's a completely different issue, actually. Besides, I haven't upgraded my Firefox to 3.5 yet.
