New Topware games like X-Blades and Two Worlds also Earth 2160 has annoying activation limit (3 or 5 I don't know exactly) and they need to be activated buy Internet. And if you reach this limit you must activate the game by phone and game is running in only demo mode. I know this because I bought Two Worlds from Steam it has same activations prosess (and there is no revoke tool sadly). My question Earth 2160 (or other Topware games that will come) in GOG.com will use same activation too? Thank you.

there is no DRM in GOG games.

I think those games you mention are a fair way aways from being considered as as games to go on gog. The games on this site are completely DRM free at least so far, so if they do turn up I would imagine any install limits would also be gone as they are counted as DRM.

I know that there is no need to point it out.

Earth 2160 has the same activation prosess and game must be activated from the main menu in game not outside from the game (all other games are using CD-Check or activation prosess from *.exe file but these games are using activating from main menu in game) . My question is did GOG.com team remove this section from main menu or not to give us a non DRM game.

Qbix said it very clearly. Of course there is no activation limit, CD check, or ANYTHING. There is no DRM at all. The entire purpose of the site is to provide games cheap and without ANY DRM.
EDIT:
Oh, and there is that part about good and old as well.

There are many games on GoG that were originally shipped with DRM, from code sheets in the nineties to starforce in the noughties. But the GoG-releases are DRM-free, as always.
The official press release on today's inclusion of Topware's games on GoG says this:
"And we’ll let you in on a little-known secret: all games at GOG.com are totally DRM-free and compatible with Windows Vista and XP."
So there you have it. No DRM. :-)

Actually, Earth 2160 is already "coming soon":

As for the DRM, I can't say it any more clearly than everyone else has, games sold on GOG have no DRM at all. This includes online activations with limits.
My bad on Earth 2160, not that familiar with the series and because activation limits were mentioned and two worlds I figured it was too new for here.
