And I totally agree that new games shouldn't be on there at all. If it was released in the last five years it should be ineligible to be on the list.
We already have games newer than that in the catalog: Darkstar One, Colin McRae 2005, Flatout, Gothic 2, the soccer game Weclock mentioned... I'm sure there are others, but I can't be bothered to look right now.
As a
wishlist, nothing should be excluded from it, they are just wishes. If you don't want to see a particular game on GOG, then don't vote for it, but there is absolutely no reason to exclude a game from the list based on its current age. Eventually that game will be old and "eligible" for the GOG treatment.
