Hi there before asking my question, because this is my first post here I'll say a little about myself.
My name is David, I'm 21 and I love old games.
They're almost always better than today’s games, as they're usually much harder and longer and because they're old, cheaper.
My philosophy is why spend £40 on Rayman Raving Rabbits for the Wii which nets you 4 hours of game play, when you can buy Ocarina Of Time on the VC for £7, or Duke Nukem 3D from this very site for £4.40? (With the current exchange rate $6 is £4.40, at least that’s what was taken from my bank, lol. I miss the days of $2=£1 XD)
But as long as you're having fun, who cares?
I actually have a fairly successful youtube channel where I review the golden oldies and this site will help me expand my range.
But basically the build up to my question is thus.
I was informed of this site by a friend who told me that games like Day Of The Tentacle and Monkey Island were available to buy from here, but in all of my searching, they don't seem to be.
Now while I am disappointed at that, I have found a ton of classics and I really must commend this awesome site for that.
Games that I used to love but haven't played in ages like Duke Nukem 3D, Battlechess (I loved that on the AMIGA when I was a kid) and MDK.
I've even been able to buy games I'd never played before like Duke Manhattan and Earthworm Jim 3.
So while I'm disappointed that I won't be able to finally try DOTT and MK, this has softened the blow.
But now finally I am onto the question and I apologise in advance to all for such a long build up, but I felt it was only right to kind of introduce myself and also praise this awesome site.
So it is simply this, were these 2 games ever on this site?
Because if not then I wonder why he'd tell me this and also if not, another question now, do you think they ever will come on here?
