I've tried to use my promo code for free game (obtained from CD Projekt, owner of GOG), and all I've got was VAT removing. Price was still the same. So I've cancelled my order and now it said "this code was used before" .
Is it really useless? I've got this code as a bonus for registering some retail games, so code wasn't free.
Any tips?

Registering retail games...? There is no such thing on GOG.
well, Owner of this site sells retail games in Poland. And for registering them there is a free GOG game as bonus.
But I didn't asked for that, did I?

I had a similar issue before, this is the reply I received.
"Hello,
I apologize for not being able to reply sooner. Please try using the
code again - if it hasn't been used in a complete order (only in an
order attempt which never ended the checkout phase) it should be reset
within 6 hours. Please let me know if this was the case or if the
problem persists.
Regards,
Peter

Thanks a lot for this tip!
I checked the code several times, but within one-two hours right just after first time. So maybe it has been reset already? I'll check it again. I hope, this time my code let me to get my free game...
Not now.
"We are sorry: Provided coupon code had been already used."
36+ hours didn't make the trick. Sorry
How long it take to get the answer from the support?

Usually less than 3 business days, IIRC.

HOLY CRAP
OK, since my promo codes still don't work, I've just asked the Support to add games I want to into my account manually. They could do this, as Venom proved before.
Problems with broken automatic system are not mine. And I don't want to spend my whole holidays trying to fix it.
So please, Support, don't let me wait any longer!
