Just found this really cool interview with Tom Ohle from GOG.com on digg:

Read it and digg it... or the other way around. ;)

Very interesting. Nice to know that publishers are now coming to GOG and not the other way around. The fact that Valve has taken notice and started offering regular deals like GOG is also a really good sign of GOG's progress. It sounds like GOG's business is starting to become a threat to the "premier digital distribution platform". I wish he made some mention of the membership numbers though. I really want to know how many users GOG really has.
I actually heard about the article from their Twitter. It looks like they're going to be adding User Profiles, and a very big publisher/developer is coming soon too!
EVERYONE GET IN THE IRC!
Very interesting read indeed.
I'm really glad to know that publishers are starting to realise what a potential gold mine this site can be, and that means more games for all of us! :)
Keep it up GOG, we're all with you!!
P.S. Am i the only one thinking that the last sentence of the interview would make a tremendous slogan for the site?
"GOG: A hard deal to beat" I'm vouching for this one! :-)
Nice article. And yes, it is a hard deal to beat.
Pure fantasy I know but just imagine the explosion of business if GOG got their hands on the EA back catalogue, they'd have to add new servers just to cope with the demand.
one of the things I really liked about the article too, is where they say that steam has some really good deals, but GOG is a different kind of product.

You just liked that comment because it's the same thing that you've been saying since the beginning (I agree by the way).
It would be nice if you just linked to the proper page, and leave a Digg link if people wanted to digg it.
I don't like clicking through pages of stuff if I don't have to.
