I am going to try to do a system restore and see if maybe that will fix it, just in case it might be a setting that is unknown on my computer.

Could you post a screenshot of what happens, please? I can give you instructions on how to do that, if needed.

Resolved. Downloaded another game tonight and then retried and works fine. I do not know what caused the hang up. Thanks for all of you help in trying to resolve it.
