First of all, I'd like apologize for resurrecting an old thread and for the poor English. I just figured it would be smarter to post this in here rather than have a whole new thread about it.
Okay, so I bought some games and after proceeding the payment information, I was prompted to verify my purchace through my banks database. (pop-up)
After doing so I was redirected to my games page..... where it showed nothing, zit, nil. I figured it must be because of my debit card (it needs the banks validation for the amount of money I have in my account). So I checked my bank account nothing has yet been charged and GoG shows that I haven't bought anything.
I was just wondering if any of you have had similiar problems with GoG? Did it take a while for your games to appear in the download list or were they there immediately?
And did you receive an email from GoG because I didn't, should I?
I hope this post will be successful as I have tried multiple times with firefox and apparantely it won't allow me to make a post on the forums.

And sorry for all the clutter on the forums. It seems like the forums don't work the way I am used to so I have accidently posted multiple posts about the same issue.

My own experience has been the game appears on my account almost immediately with an email confirmation within a couple of minutes. I use firefox and also use the NoScript plugin as well. I have to disable NoScript or my purchase will not go through, you may have similar problems and your firewall may block redirects as well. I do know the game won't show up unless the transaction goes thru with your CC company.
This thread has many of the same issues you seem to have so you might want to check it out.
It is taking several minutes for a post to show up on GOG, not sure if it's GOG or another problem.

Not a problem, welcome to GOG. Don't forget to enable NoScript again . . . I always forget . . .=)

If time is an issue, you can always use paypal. After several issues with credit cards (not GOG related), I went with paypal, and purchasing with it I've been able to access purchased games immediately. Note though that it generally takes 3 days to transfer funds from a bank account to the paypal account. If you do that though, just make sure you have some extra funds in there ready for special deals, you don't wanna find a deal and have to wait 3 days for transfer and miss out on it.

You can attach a credit card to it as a backup to allow instant purchases. If you dont have a credit card, you can attach a pre-paid one ($25 or more), and that will work indefinitely. I've been doing this since last year despite there being no more money on it.

Games you buy always appear on your account immediately, as the transaction gets approved while your one the payment screen.
It seems that there were some problems with your transaction, but this is not a subject that should be discussed on public forums.
Please contact our support department, and they will look into your case.
