I just realized something, if gog continues to release 2 games per week then they will run out of games to release in a month. Hopefully they have some more surprises releases in the works or a new publisher coming soon.
I have never heard of this game, but it sounds very, very interesting. The blend of genres that I have always enjoyed is extremely tempting. If it wasn't for my 20+ game backlog right now I would jump on it... but I've not beat any of the games I've bought on GOG yet, let alone played any of them besides Sacred and Fallout 1. Oh well, I can always buy it down the road... it's not like it'll skyrocket in price if I wait.

They've been doing it for a long time now and have kept up.
A new major publisher is expected within a few months.

Yeah, it's not that long since the "coming soon" list just contained Waxworks, and new games would be announced the week before they were released. And with all the publishers they have on board, there's little reason to worry about them running out of games any time soon. Lack of stuff in the "coming soon"-list just means more surprise releases/announcements for us, so I'm just glad it's shrinking again. :-)

Yeah and it contained Waxworks for how long? 2 months? Was beginning to think that Alien Nations was going to beat its record but it didn't have the stamina for it.
I like surprise releases, one day I'm going to wake up, load GOG & see "Monkey Island Collection: All 4 titles - $9.99", "Afterlife - $5.99" and "Grim Fandango - $5.99"
On that day I shall simultaneously have a coronary arrest and spontaneous ejaculation and it will be a race to see if I die of heart failure or drown in my own manjuices...

Faithful: I will be picking this one up, but I just bought Descent and Descent 2, so I will play those for a bit first. :o)
It is nice to know that the game is not going anywhere and I can pick it up at my pleasure.
Thanks GOG!

Exept Original War and Operation Flashpoint...

JudasIscariot: I do have to ask: Why was the European title used instead of the American one? Just out of curiosity, not because I prefer one over the other..

Because:
1. The European title is the original one.
2. GOG is run by CD Projekt, a European company.
By the way, I wonder if they'll also release Gorky Zero and Gorky 02. Gorky Zero was never published in English, and Gorky 02 was released as "Soldier Elite", with a translation that ignored ties to previous games and renamed Cole Sullivan (the protagonist of all 3 games) to "White Fox".
Would be cool if GOG actually made new translations of these 2 sequels.

oooooo boo looooook, gorky :)
i remember that game, i was child, not so good in english and this game was F-hard and F-good.
I know boo, I know, we are not going to dring this night again....
BTW - thx gog, as long as you will be publishing games like this, I will be saved from demon of alcohol (except situations like child in da house, but it wasn't mine and we were drowned in slivovitz only for three days), it is easy to choose if I should spend 50 bucks in pub or there.

I'm not worried. I'm pretty sure i'll run out of money before they run out of games.
Why the hell are the screenshots apparently from a beta version? (The interface and the peoples' faces is different from the Gorky 17 I know and love.) Seriously, I hate the "screenshots from beta versions" syndrome like a plague, and I curse it wherever it appears.

It would be cool if they released those sequels period...
