Uhm, well... They must be feeling slightly superfluous right about now. They've been at it for 9 months, and the project is about 40% complete. And now, right around the corner, is the new, professionally made (and budgeted) MI Special Edition, with full voices.

The Special Edition doesn't offer voice on the "classic view" and the MISP actors are better anyway.
And I'm not feeling superflouous, I just think LucasArts owe me some money.

actually, i believe you can switch between the 'classic' and improved views during game play, or at least you could when I a vid about it

Ah, so when you say "The lovely guys at MISP", you're actually promoting your own project? And I thought the sound stayed when you switched between the new and the old. I thought only the graphics changed?

It used to be my project. I handed it over to David in December. I started it as MI2SP because it didn't seem MI1 would support voice, I found out it could. David was interested in taking over the project when I finished MI2, but when technical issues, that thing called real life and a small health scare got in the way I thought I'd just stop where I got to and get on with MI1 and hand the project to David.

Oh, I know all about that. Life has a way of derailing projects sometimes. I've had it happen myself.
