Okay, I have this persistent problem when playing Morrowind. Whenever I make a character, no matter what I build, the agility is always at 0, no matter if I make agility a major stat. It's kind of embarrassing when a scrib knocks you down to the ground, so, anyone know how to fix this?

Rohan15: It is the Steam Version, and yes, I have a few mods. One makes it so combat is like Oblivion (Contact Hits), I don't remember the exact site I got it from, realistic weather, Better Bodies, and I have the code batch and community patch. THat's it really. I made a backup before installing mods...should I just go ahead and reinstall the backup?

I'd put my money on an issue with one of your mods, most likely the contact hits one you mentioned. Uncheck the mod in the launcher, start a new game, and see if you still have the problem. If the problem persists uncheck all of your mods, start a new game, and see if that's cleared it up. If not then uninstall/reinstall as others have mentioned. If it does fix the problem then just start re-enabling your mods to figure out which one is actually causing the problem (or go with a binary search if you have a longer list of mods).
