Any plans to add some of the oldest versions of C&C and Dune to the catalogue?
I've searched for them, am I just blind?
C&C vanilla was the first game I think I ever played, and Dune (and subsequently Dune2k) were what I played after, I'd love to be able to play those again.

Welcome to GOG :-) Please read the FAQ (linked to in the sticky thread named Welcome, please read).
From the FAQ:

GOG has a handy dandy that you can use to post your requests for games on GOG. Just make sure you search the wishlist to see if anyone else has already added the game you want and if they have, vote for it instead of creating a new entry. GOG does not release specific information on prospective games or publishers until they already have agreements in place. They will not comment on who or what they are trying to get, only what they do have. Check the site's main page for news on what is coming soon, it gets updated every Thursday.

Unfortunately, you didn't miss them, GoG does not yet have access to those games. They'll need to get EA to agree to sell them here w/out DRM. We used to think that we'd be having snowball fights in hell before that happened, but with Activision here...

C&C and Red Alert are free. You should be able to find them on Fileshack or Fileplanet.

I hope they get the rights to the Gremlin games some day. Fragile Allegiance really deserves to be on GOG! My favorite mid-90s strategy game :)

Not to rekindle an age old war but if we're talking 90's strategy games then its gotta be Total Annihilation. Don't get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with the c&c series, I own all the old ones, with the addons and all but side by side TA really outshines it.
iirc it works on vista too.

TA would be great - though I would also love to see the Dune series (I have my Dune 2k disk somewhere but a GoG version would rock :D)
