The cantina level was just poorly designed. You've just gotten your brand-new lightsaber, and the first chance you get to use it is in a level with 50 dudes who can blast you from halfway across the map with an unblockable death-bolt. I mean come on!
I also didn't like the stealth level. Kyle has been murdering dudes on Imperial battleships since the very first game, why should he suddenly care about one pesky little alarm being pressed? And of course the stealth is poorly implemented because it's not actually a stealth game.
Overall, though, I enjoyed it, but there were a couple of facepalm moments.
