Well he's at it again, appealing to the supreme court. He's like someone who sucks at games and starts using cheats to get to each level. He keeps getting beaten to shit until he gets frustrated and cheats to the next level.
it is his last chance i think to get back on the horse.
he overdo the whole fight on games although it was the thing which made him money and now he has no options left but to go to supreme court.
Personally I anticipated that but I am also pretty sure that it won't bring any change to his life.
Next article about Mr. Thompson will feature pictures of ex-lawyer serving customers in K-mart in Canada.
You know, you can use the motto "Never Give Up!". But then, this is Jack Thompson we are talking about here.
Damn... just when I was about to purchase Saints Row 2 so I could carjack and murder drug dealers in a fictional city underage!
He doesn't have a chance.
Just when I thought I had blocked this man's name from my mind, he just keeps coming back.
Like some comic book supervillian, or a cockroach.

That would involve honest work. I just don't see it happening. Lawyer or not, he'll contunue looking for suckers to scam for fame/money.
And to think I actually *almost* sympathised with him for losing his career

In a cruel twist of fate, he's going to wind up working at GameStop. Although I'm not exactly sure who it'll be cruelest for yet.

Save yourself the trouble. The recommendation was for a temporary disbarment. Then Thompson opened his mouth, and the judge decided permanent was better.
No way SCOTUS is even going to hear his case.
sh*t time to lock'n'load FN Minimi...... but still i thing he will get beaten again, maybe he can try something against Uwe Boll
"The Florida Supreme Court described his filings as "repetitive, frivolous and insult[ing to] the integrity of the court," particularly one in which Thompson, claiming concern about "the court's inability to comprehend his arguments," filed a motion including images of "swastikas, kangaroos in court, a reproduced dollar bill, cartoon squirrels, Paul Simon, Paul Newman, Ray Charles, a handprint with the word 'slap' written under it, Bar Governor Benedict P. Kuehne, a baby, Ed Bradley, Jack Nicholson, Justice Clarence Thomas, Julius Caesar, monkeys, [and] a house of cards."
^ The man is obviously completely insane. Any sane court will reject even looking at his case as it now stands. I believe the SCOTUS is relatively sane, so sorry there, Jackie boy.
What is to comprehend? Those Nazi kangaroos in our courts are menace to society and must be stopped!
There's a certain adage that applies to this situation -- hell, any of Thompson's past behavior:
When you're in a hole? STOP DIGGING. Don't dial up Rent-A-Bulldozer. Especially if you're close to breaking through to magma.
All jesting aside, it's painful to watch. The man has 'unstable' written all over him. I wonder how the psychologist who gave him the all-clear on his mental health is feeling, if he's seen Thompson's behavior... (And in his defense, Thompson's public behavior has spiraled downward sharply since then.)
