Sorry for being annoying, but since yesterday I've had issues connecting to gog.com. When trying to access from gog.com, it times out. Always.

I ping gog.com and it works, but when pinging www.gog.com I get this:
Pinging orig-10001.gog.cotcdn.net [208.93.141.220] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
The four packages time out.

That is distressing. I can access through static.gog.com but that is not the ideal situation. is there anything I can do?
are you using custom DNS servers? if not maybe you could move to 8.8.8.8 googles primary DNS and try that... Level-3 are 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2

a list of other DNS servers to try are in this thread.

Was using my ISP's DNS, I changed to open DNS, and it still does not work. Damn.

it was worth a shot... you could try tracert (trace route) to a server and see where the issue is... sometimes it may not be on your end but between you and your destination.
Tracert for www.gog.com leads to 208.178.246.145, and then it times out.
Joy of joys, restarting the router fixed it, apparently. Never had happened to me before, haha.

... Also, why the hell was gog the only site affected? None of the other sites I've visited since yesterday failed.

Your packets got lost in Kansas XD

im really glad you fixed it, good lesson here... honestly never would have thought to reboot the router.
