Got a friend that might be interested in joining GOG. I was wondering if there was some kind of referral system in place? If there is, how do I access it? If not, why not?

Nope.

There is not, but if you want to see one on GOG, you can add it to the Wishlist for community site features:

If enough people want to see such a thing on GOG, they can vote for it and get GOG's attention.

That's odd considering how many sites have GOG in their ad rotation.
