Some of my primo "wish list" games were Star Trek titles released between 2000 and 2003. They were distributed by Activision and were very very good. My favorite was "Bridge Commander" which was a fantastic capital ship space sim.
Activision sued Paramount because Voyager was a terrible show (basically). So these great games were discontinued and only limited runs were produced of the last few titles. These included Armada 2, Starfleet Command 3, and Bridge Commander. I'd love to own these games again. Bridge Commander still looks and plays great! Is GOG looking into aquiring these titles or are they in total limbo?
1. Licensed games are hell to get a decent hold of (see past discussions about ToCA3 and Colin McRae Rally 2005 for examples of titles that were here but had to be removed because of licensing troubles way outside GOG's control) and as such GOG seem to try and steer clear of similar situations (VR Soccer got on here instead of Actua Soccer, which is the same game except with licensed teams). Because the community counts on the games staying here once they got here, discussions became a bit heated when we learned about the situation.
2. Put them on the wishlist.
3. I suspect ActivisionBlizzard will be among the very last to join the GOG army against DRM.

I'm not quite sure but I think Atari now have the Star Trek licence so both the Activision and Bethesda games are going to be difficult to get. At least in Bethesda's case thats a good thing as without mods Star Trek: Legacy is total muck.

TNG: Final Unity was good as well. The Star Trek Elite Force games weren't bad either.
