If both players work things out and come in under 32 monies with no removals, I will randomly give one of them SOMETHING TERRIBLE. Master of Orion 3 is a good start, but I'm considering Slender. Woah, you came back! I most certainly do remember you because I was the bad guy in your mafia game. I thought you'd genuinely disappeared forever and was sad.

I'm not sure if I understood the instructions at all. But what I did understand, that the contest starts with a posting of a science guinea pig. So here's my entry (though I took a science fiction route with it, rather than just science)
