I was wondering if it's been stated anywhere how often new games will be added?
Of course the existing catalog will keep me busy for quite some time but it would be nice to have some kind of estimate like once a week, once a every 2 weeks or once a month?
Thanks for any answers and I'm deeply sorry if this kind of question has been answer anywhere on this site :)

That question is actually answered somewhere on the site, the front page to be exact ;)
"Every Tuesday is Release Day at GOG.com, meaning that we'll add more games to our catalogue every week. Thursday is another notable weekday, when we announce which games will be added to our ever-growing catalogue the following week."

So I think we have an answer :D ~3 games per week now. Not bad, not bad :D

I expect the games to come out at least 2 per week. Sometimes we get more, tasty surprise releases :)
GOG have been fairly good on acquiring 'new' titles, and holding them back so as not to do everything at once (Which has it's pros and cons).
Even if this slows down, I still expect them to pop up with some kind of news / announcement / compo / additional-material etc...

Yeah, and seeing Tuesday 3 games were released... I'd say 2 games plus a surprise every week :)

I just wonder how long they can keep it up. I mean, will they ever get to a point where there aren't enough games "in the pipeline" to keep announcing new releases every week?

Our biz dev team works night and day to have new releases every week. Preferably 1-2 titles/week. That is our goal. It might happen someday, though, that there won't be new announcements. But we'll do our best to keep you busy:)
And I wouldn't worry that there won't be enough of games. There are zillions of good old games to be added to our catalog. And our shelves are not limited that much as in normal stores.
