Lou: Total $10.44 - Not bad after Dropping nearly $100.00 on DAO

Kingoftherings: How'd you do that? DAO + all the DLC combined isn't anywhere near $100.
DAO ($50) + Warden's Keep ($7) + Return to Ostagar ($5) = $62.

DAO Collectors PC BOX = $69 - I believe
Wardens Keep DLC = $5
Return to Ostegar DLC = $5
Collectors Edition Guide = $20
That's Pretty close to $100 - My splurge for the year. I don't think I have bought a brand new game in years. This one was special.
I spent $43 on GOG games - and that's the only money I splurged this season. Was actually planning to get $101 worth of GOGs, but it far exceeded my budget. In the end, I had to give up Gothic 2 and a whole other bunch of games, and buy them at a later date.
Of course, I'm having a whale of a time in Duke Nukem Manhattan Project and Heroes 2 right now. *lowyhong is now suffering from Onemoreturnitis*
$71 on Gog for chistmas sale
Steam holiday sale
$43.55 on gifts
$171.56 on self.
DAAAMMMMNNN YOOOOUUUU STEEAAAMMM!!!!
At least I was able to break my records for bypassing my download quota. Not my fault my ISP only updates the quota once per day, leaving it open for exploitation. Also serves them right for slower speeds and occasionally dropping out ~10 fucking minutes into offpeak without reconnecting.
Between bittorrent and downloading purchases so I could back them up, I managed to download ~90 gigs on peak (9AM-4AM), and ~150 offpeak (4AM-9AM). My limits before shaping are 60 and 140 respectively. To their credit they've upped the shaping speed to 512 kilobits, up from 64. Dialup speeds sucked deeply.

DarrkPhoenix: I actually just finished Risen today (got it as a Christmas gift), and wanted to say that it's an absolutely excellent game. Highly recommended.

Yep, it looks like it'll fit me like a size 4 latex glove but I don't understand why it comes with TAGES ... on Steam. The retail version is next to impossible to find, unless I import it, and if I do it's cheaper to buy it on Steam.
I'm not going to even think about how much money i spent. I will, however list my new loot:
Dawn of War 2
Pyschonauts
Civ4 Complete
Crysis Maximum
Roller Coaster Tycoon 3
Empire: TW
and gifted to my brothers:
Killing Floor
The Witcher
Now I don't need to buy any more for six months! :-P
I didn't buy anything.
I spent about 35$ on GOG, it was something like 25 Euros for like 6 or 7 games. I regard that as a fair deal, and I know I'm gonna spend a lot of time with those games so it's even better. I think my inner urge for gaming will be satisfied enough with this for some time, got it cheap this time.
I tried not to go too wild with the sales, but picked up a few things I'd been wanting. Ended up spending about $20 on GOG and $5 on Steam.
