Actually my life with no Internet Inside (tm) would have been completely different, but I'm not willing to say "how" it could have been here on the Internet :-P

I'd be 10 kgs lighter, fit, probably a movie star of some sort, or maybe a doctor.
Naaah ... I'd probably be exactly the same, save for a lot of fun and knowledge. I suspect I'd just spend even more time watching football and hockey on the glarebox.

Affected. :(
Internet is my livelihood...its gotten me friends (new and old), relationships/sex...umm..I started a website with it. Its introduced me to a ton of music, afforded me trips to US (Couchsurfing)...
So mostly it's been pretty fun.
Without it I'd probably have a terrible job but maybe I'd be doing more exciting things at the moment, hanging out with umm nice people and such...aw well there's still lots of time for that.
Besides that I'd probably read more books...play console games instead, tv (on a tv), etc.

lol. Interesting topic. For once :P
Let's see :
I remember a time way before an Intawebz. I was young, foolish, and went outside a lot more.
I work in IT, but other than a few orders, it's not really interwoven with my job.
Personal use :
Research on hobbies : Astronomy, general science, books
Shopping : Yeah, done that too - Amazon, eBay, Play.com, etc
Entertainment : I uhh...yeah...grab a few TV shows the day after they air in the US instead of waiting 1 week - 2 years+ before the stations here decide to show them. :ninjayarr:!
News - It's much more easier finding out what's happening around the world these days, and I only have to read the stories I want to...instead of wasting anything from 25-60p a day for maybe 3 stories... Plus, you're not limited to just what they can fit in a "hard-copy" newspaper - gaming sites, science sites, obscure little-town papers even have sites from places like "West Bumfuck, Idaho" that occasionally offer an insight worth reading.
Chats/Forums are a good place to meet people with similar tastes...as long as you observe basic security protocols - especially if you're not yet an adult - let your folks know what you're doing online! NEVER go to meet someone without telling anyone where, and who.
Need an aide de mémoire for something on the tip of your tongue? Intawebz can usually find it for you.
Looking for info on a new hobby/interest? Ditto for that too.
That's not to say it isn't a scary place. You *DO* need some skill to filter out the countless nasty sites, porn, scamming, etc, but on the whole, it's a useful tool. Like anything, use in moderation, lest ye become addicted!

I'd say pretty drastically. I pay my bills online. My studies and work rely heavily on interacting with resources online. I shop and game online. Converse with my friends and family abroad, everything.
I also have the pleasant horror of knowing exactly how much time I spend online (thanks to the statistics counter built in by my ISP), so lets just say that in my case it wouldn't hurt cutting back but I just don't see any possibility. I am literally always online.

All my porn is online. I finally transitioned from a paper-based medium.
