Trying to download Shogo: Mobile Armor Division but it downloading at a really slow rate of 1kb or it would just stop and reset even with GOG's downloader.

what is your normal connection rate? who is your isp? have you contacted them?

do you typically have a high volume of traffic? charter communications throttles accounts that do.
