Hmm, interested only in Pressure.
Interested in Cognition and Swords and Soldiers.
Is Swords and Soldiers available DRM free anywhere now, or is it Steam exclusive now?
Worth noting that unless things have changed recently, no one had the right to sell Transcripted as of July.

May have changed though, since I think I've seen GetGamesGo sell it (although they didn't offer Steam keys).

This is a post by the dev back in July:

"We get paid from absolutely no version. At the moment we do not recognize the right to sell or distribute our game through anyone. We started no self-distribution because we're waiting for a court ruling regarding our litigation with our publisher. They don't have the right to sell our game and strictly speaking neither do we."

I got Swords and Soldiers from a Humble Android Bundle once. Came with DRM-free PC version as well.
Finally, an opportunity to buy my fifth copy of Cognition 1: The Hangman ...

Wait ... ;)

Seriously, this game is apparently aiming for the record. They are trying to put it into bundles of every major vendor ...

Topware's been selling games through Groupees for a while now, so it's definitely them generating the keys. Not to mention they have the game for sale at their online shop for twelve euros.

Could this could be a last-ditch attempt to make money off the game before they're forced to stop selling it?

Yeah, I'm getting up there in copies of this game. I guess they're hoping to hook people into buying the other episodes. Pretty much give the first episode away, hope people like it enough to buy the rest.

I think The Journey Down has pretty much used the same tactic, except Chapter 2 hasn't even come out.

You can find Sword and Soldiers on Desura as well. Is exactly like the Steam version, except for the achievements and online gaming (uses Steam VAC servers).

I think Topware just don't care, they don't seem like a very nice publisher.

The dev finally responded, and confirmed that they did NOT give permission for the game to be included in the bundle. They're not making any money from it. Very similar to the JULIA incident.

Question: "Uh, this game is now part of the newest Groupees bundle. With or without the dev's permission?"

Dev's Answer: "Obviously without..."

Transcripted is a decent game. I liked what I played of it a while back.. really sucks for the dev.

Oh man, not again. Groupees need to check these things out before dealing with dodgy publishers! Has anyone got a response from Groupees on the matter?

Not sure if Groupees have responded, but Capsule Computers have stated that they're currently looking into it.

I got Pressure in a bundle a while back, I was looking forward to a car game like Bumpin' Buggies or Monaco GP but found that it felt too much like a vertical shoorter dressed up, in a way that somehow, SpyHunter never did, a car themed vertical shooter might be just your thing though!

Still interested in the bundle for Cognition, SpeaceChem and Lost Marbles though, I'll just have to remember to feel guilty as I add Transcription to me Steam account if I do get it...

So, basically more shooting, less racing, right? That's bad. :I
Yeah, you shoot enemies that come primarily from the top of the screen, there's no racing, unless those are special or bonus stages that I didn't play long enough to find...
There's scenery and track edges to avoid and the car rotates a bit when you go left and right, those are the only differences between it as a standard fighter jet vertical shooter, as far as I could tell
