Secret of Mana.

...As seen on the SNES CD.

Gran Turismo.

...As above.
(C&C) Tiberium.
Renegade was quite entertaining back in the day. A direct numeric sequel failed to manifest, was sad to see another fps in the same vein fail as well.

There is a remake from the first though no solid release yet :/ (renegade-x.com).
+1 for Full Throttle and Sam & Max, I really wanted to play those games.

But the thing I really miss the most is Freelancer 2. One of my favourite games of all time, and the sequel got cancelled.

Maighstir: Dammit! I didn't even know there WAS a computer game in development using Eon. I quite enjoy that world and system, but seldom get the chance to actually use my rulebooks.

I suppose I just have to continue building my "networked-tabletop" Eon application that I started on a few years ago (which then fell by the wayside and never got finished).
Speaking of Table-top roleplaying systems, I recently heard that the Sanitarium guys were, at one point, working on a White Wolf Werewolf game, might have made a nice companion to the 2 Vampire games...
Indiana Jones is a great example. Man that hurts. I'm a big Indy fan.

That Highlander game too.

They probably would have been shit but whatever.
I'm still annoyed StarCraft Ghost was canned.

I'm bitter that the only decent looking Highlander game was the one to get the axe.

To this day I hate Squaresoft for denying Seiken Densetsu 3 an English release. Thank goodness for emulation.

Rudora no Hihou, Star Ocean (the first one), Wonder Project J, Tales of Phantasia.. the list goes on.

And to be relevant to your avatar, Star Fox 2 on the SNES.

Yeah there really were a lot of should-have-been releases on the SNES.

You'd think I'd be upset about Star Fox 2, but while I was devastated back in the day, when I finally got to play the completed beta in an emulator I got to see a sloppy game full of half baked ideas and a lack of focus, other than the technical proficiency, it's really not all that good.

Considering how good Star Fox 64 ended up, it was probably for the best SF2 got canned.

B.C...... Yeah I know it's the much hated Peter Molyneux (I can't stand the muppet myself.) but the game looked like it was going to be something different and something good.

Best video I could find (quality is a bit naff though)
