Saw this over on the other forum. Its a valid question, GOG should probably help this out. :)

The person should contact GOG directly, the forums are not really a place to discuss site or educational licensing.

I think I remember this person actually making a forum post about this very topic, I'll go look for it. I expect he might not have gotten the answer he exactly wanted..
EDIT: I think this was the topic I thought of. Doesn't sound like the same person, but the principal of the question is the same I suppose.
