Faithful: Did GOG change the rules and now charging this fee so it is passed on to the consumer?

GOG.com does not charge any extra fees. We always charge your credit card with the exact amount stated on our payment form.
On the other hand, we have no way of telling if your bank will charge you any extra fees. You have to clarify that with them.
An alternative is to use PayPal.
