why are my games not downloading i have been downloading for over an hour and still getting queuein then downloading then it says completed it does that over and over again

1) Welcome to GOG.
2) If I understand correctly, you're talking about the GOG Downloader. Providing more details (like which games you're trying to download) might be useful, but just so you know, there's a thread for bug reports regarding it: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/introducing_the_beta_release_of_the_new_gogcom_downloader. You could also try switching the Downloader mode off and just download the files via the browser, if you have a stable enough internet connection.
