Fesin: Haven't finished it yet, but it's a good game. Not as good as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. though, but I guess that depends on whether you prefer linear, cinematic or open-world sandbox-type games.
-----------------------------------
I also recommend that you disable things like Motion Blur in the .ini, otherwise the game is - in my opinion - almost unplayable. That was the first game that actually gave me nausea.
GameRager: I actually have a "condition" where it's easier(Mentally) for me to play through more linear/closed world games(More choices make me stress over what to do next[Or what to pick over other choices in the case of branching path games/choices.].), so I like Metro a bit better. That's not to say I don't like Stalker(Well beyond a few nitpicks like the way it runs slow/unoptimized if you turn everything to max...even on a decent Quad Core.)....I do.....just not as much as Metro.
Like I said, it depends on your taste. I just feel S.T.A.L.K.E.R. gives me more. This aewsome survival feeling of planning your expeditions, where you can only take as much stuff as you need, so you still have enough weight limit to carry home the loot. Where you can put stuff in stashes for emergencies. Metro 2033 is just a little bit too predictable for me - get as much ammo as possible and your good to go.
I don't get motion sickness/nausea from such things(Lucky me?), but I do dislike the jarring over-exaggerated blur most games with this effect have when it's turned on. I usually turn it off in most games as a result.
Like I said, I never had this problem before, even though I despise Motion Blur. But the effects used in Metro 2033 were so bad, that whenever you moved your mouse just an inch, everything would just look like somebody just threw up on your screen. It's not that bad when you mess a little bit with the .ini, but I wonder why they didn't make it possible to deactivate it in the Options Menu.
