We have this weird ad in Hong Kong, where it's like this superhero dude hears a cry for help, so he opens his fridge for Red Bull, but there isn't any left, so he ignores the cries for help because he can't fly anymore! Oy.

We have that ad here in the States...or we did ...not sure what the current ad is ...

that means all ads are same for redbull, and that means redbull is better than mountain dew. I am still waiting for answer if MD is "water with salt" or energy drink.

MD is something that TRIES to be an energy drink, but it is full of failing failure of fail in that department.

I've never tasted Red Bull, but it'll have to be the best damn drink ever to topple Mountain Dew in my book. (Care to donate me a can for testing purposes?)
As for Mountain Dew not being an energy drink-well, that's why I like it. Just about every energy drink I've tried tastes like piss. I drink MD because it's sweet and tasty, more than anything else.

For clarification, Mountain Dew has been around for at least 30 years. It was originally marketed simply as a soft drink/soda. It became semi-notorious in the late 80s because that was the time when public attention was drawn to the fact that it contained higher amounts of caffeine than Coke, Pepsi, or RC Cola (except the infamous Jolt, which appeared in the late 80s). Mello Yello and SunDrop were drinks with similar flavors; difficult to describe if never tasted, somewhere between Sprite or 7Up and Fresca.

Mountain Dew is going to be <span class="bold">made with REAL SUGAR</span>, something only read about in stories. Until June, so BUY IT NOW!

None of these compare to a good litre bottle of BOOST!
Complete with a full gram of liquid protein and around 200% RDA of just about everything that is bad for you including sugar and heart killing quantities of caffeine.
mix this half and half with 40% proof vodka and you are almost guarenteed to wake up somewhere you shouldnt. Beleive me I know.,,

I know it well too... few girls, lots of wings (vodka + edrink), little over 15, i forgot to count at that time.... and hard morning, luckily enought at home with my girlfriend :P
So tell me, is this possible with MD ? For now it looks like that redbull is pure energydrink with all those bad things killing your body and MD is softdrink only with mild toxins and stuff like this.
