Those of you who did not know this, the construction set for Fallout 3 has been announced. It's supposed to come out sometime around December.

I've done a lot of slagging on Fallout 3, mainly for Bethesda's bizarre last minute decision to use SecuROM...but I'm very intrigued to see what modders can do with this game.

I'm hoping to get my modding hands dirty with this. I love F3 and I'd really wanna try out this new modding kit.

I'm interested in seeing what they do as well. I may not be able to play the game but I figured the news would interest someone out here.
I'm kind of hoping for something like Oldblivion for Fallout 3.

I am hoping for some True Fallout Overhaul or something like that.
Removing bobblehead effects, removing skill bonuses from clothing, more balanced levelling..
But since those mods already exist, it will hopefully not take too long to make some perfected mod.
