tinyE: Don't laugh, I know I'm not the only one.
*raises hand* Indeed. Fucking Tetris. ;)
I've dreamed about being inside a game on twice. Both happened when I was fairly young. First one was when I dreamt about Maniac Mansion 2, years before Day of the Tentacle was made. In the dream there were all the same kids that were in MM1, but the graphical style was quite different, more realistic and utterly fantastic.

Second time was when I dreamt running in the corridors of Wolfenstein, though this time just as pixelated as the game was. I recall killing Hitler.
Not usually no.

However I recently dreamt I was inside this intense game battle - fighting two bosses simultaneously. And to make it worse, my co-player was killed + I was losing weapons until all I had was this knife and I had to resort to desperate stabbing on the 2nd boss (this giant/cyclops thingy with a massive club. I had already beaten the first boss). Then I woke up before my HP went to 0. Weird dream.
yes, sometimes. move alone nothing to see here.
Yes, many times I have.

Once I had a dream where I was inside Ultima Underworld, and almost got attacked by a pixelated troll. I was saved by the poor AI: the poor creature got stuck in a doorway. That's when I knew my surroundings wasn't the reality.
I started a similar thread some months ago, after I saw a dream which was quite probably highly influenced by me playing GTA 3 quite a lot the previous day.

In the dream I was doing some odd jobs for some mafia guys (not killing anyone as I remember, just delivering packages etc.), and afterwards some big-boned mafia guy, who looked quite familiar to me, kept telling me what a good fella I am. When I woke up, I realized that guy from the dream was Corey Harrison from the reality TV show "Pawn Stars":

I've dreamed about UFOs, communist rebels, exams and other weird things, but I don't recall ever dreaming about video games.
No, but I frequently play games about my dreams.
Almost never.
In general, I've noticed that I very rarely dream about the activities i do the most during the day (like programming, tennis, chess and so on... they appear extremely rarely in my dreams)

I guess my brain got already enough of that and goes somewhere else ;-)

I probably have, but I sure don't remember them. I usually just remember the really weird dreams with some basis in reality.
I have, but only when I'm sick and have a high fever. 103 F is common for me. Usually I hallucinate whatever I was playing last in a half awake state, but I am aware I am hallucinating. On time I was in The Warriors, and was going around fighting people, and all I kept saying was that I was sick and needed to get to sleep, not fight all these people. They weren't having it.
The plus side is that I am never sick for long. I guess my body burns that crap out real quick.
