I just checked it out, and while I can say that those are all valid complaints, I still kind of enjoyed the bad guys' design (not the main characters, those were pretty generic I agree). And I don't know why, but I had fun with it, more color variety in the levels wouldn't hurt no, and I laughed really hard at the part where he got stuck, because I did too.
Gotta say it though, it would be nice to see Overlord sold here in a few years time, *if* it contained the expansion pack.
Only thing stopping me from buying it on Steam during the $9.99 weekend deal was the fact that Steam will never get the expansion pack due to it "not working".
You mean "Raising Hell"? Well, it works perfectly on my PS3... much better than the normal (PC) version that I played previously (the minimap alone makes for a much better game).
What isn't working according to Steam?

I too enjoyed Jericho, even though I played it expecting a mediocre shooter at best. I was surprised by how solid the shooting mechanics were though, despite the fact that the game was simply just one long corridor shooter. It was fun trying out every character and his/her weapons and special abilities
