I had to use a different e-mail address to create a new account just to post this.
I can't get it to my original account because it's telling me that my password is wrong! so I clicked on the Password reset and am still waiting for a reply. am I going to have to wait till frigging Tuesday to get an answer???
I payed for a game and cant download it because I can't get in to my account.
I'm getting pretty ticked off because this is starting to look fishy. they took my credit card number locked me out of account and didn't get anything!!
is there anyone in here that has answers??

If it were truly fishy, we'd all have problems logging into our accounts as well.
Yeah, because they're out to get you. :P
Seriously though: have you tried looking in your email account's spam folder? Have you tried looking in any other email accounts that you may have used to register with here instead?
Maybe you put in a capital letter in it by mistake or caps lock was on when you entered it.
There's always a chance that the mail servers either on your end or GOG's end are either down or sluggish. So try requesting your password again. But I and everyone else here can assure you, there's nothing fishy about GOG.
Further, I very much doubt they keep your full credit card information for any longer than the duration of the purchasing process.
As bansama says GOG do not keep your credit card information any longer than during the purchasing, many other sites keep them and save them for your next purchase, GOG doesn't.
Nothing fishy about GOG, either you are trolling or you need to write to support.
Thank's for your reply's everybody.
I'm just aggravated that I can't get into my account. I've tried a bunch of thing's so far and will keep trying. I can see it's not just a simple mistake . in the "Account's & Setting's page" it say's
Form is locked to prevent unauthorized and/or unwanted changes. Click here to authenticate and make changes.. I click on it and it's telling me my password is invalid, so I can't even change anything there. in the Current Password box, it appears the password is in there twice in the same box. Current Password **************** I didn't write it that way.... my password is 8 character's not 16
so it's two account's now with the same problem. the only reason I can post in here now is because I haven't logged out.
because all of you have replied to my post, I no longer believe I'm being scammed but there is obviously a problem. I want it fixed.
thank you for your time

This is normal, and shows up as such for my account (and I presume everyone else as well). I'm assuming it's a security feature so that if someone that's not you happens to be able to view your account settings they won't be able to see how many characters your password has.
