I just wanted to know if you can use a walmart visa gift card to buy games?

It's a pre-loaded Visa Debit card, it should work fine.

You'd have to check the terms of the card itself to see if it allows it to be used for online and international transactions. From GOG's perspective, it's just another Visa card and they would accept it, but the bank that backs the card might not allow it.
