Can we burn our download?
If you mean, to burn installation file to CD or DVD then, yes.
GOG games don't have DRM in any shape or form. When you buy a game you get the link to a simple installation file in .exe format which you can copy, transfer or burn as much as you like as well as download it again any time.

It's also your choice if you wish to download your GOG and then set fire to your hard drive. You're allowed to do this, but it would not be advisable.
