Having user rights is a good thing and I hope this site does not get shut down somehow.
EDIT: I personally have no mp3 files so it is not a service I would use, but I think user rights are a good thing.

somehow I see a lot of people misusing this service.
So, all those free Creative Commons tracks I have that allow commercial redistribution...
Sale of Digital works would only really work with our friend DRM or Account Verification. It's so easy to duplicate digital goods to abuse the system, that unless bopaboo can track purchase and sale while at the very least' attempting' to halt copies, this will be very highly abused.
It's a nice idea, and something many have been calling for, but I can't quite see how it will work for them.
That's a terrible idea. The potential for abuse and fraud is enormous.
